Vincent Cartaillac

Vincent CARTAILLAC is an experienced project manager with a strong background in information technology and system integration. Currently serving as Chef de projet informatique at Département de l'Aveyron since June 2022, Vincent previously held multiple roles at Sopra Steria from April 2013 to May 2022, including Project Manager for TMA and Project Manager for integration projects involving Salesforce and Tiers Payant SP Santé. With expertise in operational management, economic oversight, risk management, and human resource management supervising a team of ten, Vincent also has experience as a Solution Builder/Business Analyst focusing on various maintenance and development tasks in COBOL and Java. Vincent holds a Master's degree in MIAGE, a Bachelor's degree in MIAGE, and a DUT in Informatique, all from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
