Alain Salafia

Alain Salafia possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Responsable cuisine at the Département de l'Essonne since February 2002, where responsibilities include organizing and preparing meals for elected officials and managing cocktail services. Prior to this role, Alain Salafia was the Chef at the panoramic restaurant in Stade de France and at Accenture Consulting from March 1998 to February 2002. Earlier experience includes a position as second de cuisine at Société Accor from March 1992 to February 1997. Alain Salafia holds a CAP and a Brevet de maîtrise in cuisine from CFA D'Évry, completed between 1987 and 1989.
