Justine Dalphin

Justine DALPHIN currently serves as the Directrice de la Transition écologique at the Département de l'Essonne, responsible for developing and implementing ecological transition policies and managing various environmental initiatives. Previous roles include serving as Directrice adjointe du cabinet at the Ministère de la Cohésion des territoires and holding positions at both the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères and the Département de l'Essonne, where extensive experience in financial management, human resources, and public policy was gained. Justine DALPHIN has also held academic positions at Université Paris-Saclay and Sciences Po, specializing in financial strategy and public affairs. Justine DALPHIN holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and is an alumna of the Institut National des Etudes Territoriales.
