Joel RECASENS is an experienced professional in architecture and urban development, currently serving as the Directeur des Services Techniques de Modane et du Syndicat Mixte Thabor-Vanoise since July 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Joel has held significant roles including Chargé d'opération bâtiments at the Conseil Général de l'Hérault since December 2006 and Adjoint Délégué au Développement Durable at Commune VAILHAUQUES from 2007 to 2012, where an Agenda 21 recognized by the state was implemented.
