Maximilien Mattiacci

Maximilien Mattiacci is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in industrial process development and building projects. Currently serving as Directeur de projets at Département des Hauts-de-Seine since November 2023, Maximilien previously held the position of Chef de projets Bâtiment et Process Industriel at Chronopost, where significant projects included the mechanization of automated sorting systems and the establishment of sorting agencies in various locations, managing budgets exceeding 4 million euros. Prior to that, Maximilien founded La bicyclette solidaire, providing homemade meals to those in need in Paris. Experience also includes a role as Chef de projet Industrialisation and Pilote Industrialisation at Safran Engineering Services, where responsibilities encompassed project budgeting, technical validation, and production support. Maximilien holds an engineering degree in Aeronautics from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and completed a psychology course at Yale University.
