Céline Baverel

Céline Baverel is an experienced digital project manager with a diverse background in communication and digital strategy. Currently serving as Cheffe de projet numérique at Département du Doubs, Céline focuses on user needs analysis, technical benchmarking, and the deployment of shared digital tools.
