Michael Dance

Michael Dance serves as a Senior Consultant in Business Coordination and Innovation at the Department for Education, Children and Young People since October 2024. Previously, Michael held roles such as Service Strategy Lead at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Tas), where responsibilities included enhancing service delivery for Digital Communications Services and project management. Michael's experience spans project leadership roles in the Department of Health, Tasmania, and positions at the Australian Electoral Commission and Sonic Healthcare, demonstrating a strong background in IT support, consulting, and service delivery. Michael holds a Diploma of Project Management from Mentor Education and an Associate's degree in Applied Business from the University of Tasmania.
