Caroline Baillie

Caroline Baillie has over 15 years of experience in internal communications, currently serving as Deputy Director and Head of Internal Communications at the Department for Work and Pensions since November 2010. Previous roles at DWP include Deputy Head of Internal Communications and Head of Internal Communications and Engagement for Operations Transformation, as well as Head of Internal and External Communications for Child Maintenance. Prior to DWP, Caroline held the position of Internal Communications Account Manager at the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission, and Integration Internal Communications Manager at Banco Santander. Caroline began her career as Operations Internal Communications Manager at Bradford & Bingley. Caroline holds a Master of Arts degree in Geography and Economic and Social History from the University of Glasgow.
