Neil Johnson

Deputy Director - Housing Policy

Neil Johnson currently serves as Deputy Director for Housing Policy at the Department for Work and Pensions, where leadership involves advising Ministers on the Housing Benefit system's reform and sustainability. Previously, Johnson held the position of Head of International Mitigation and Carbon Markets at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, overseeing key EU emission reduction negotiations and UN carbon market discussions.
