Director Generals

The Director Generals team at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) functions as the senior executive group steering the department's strategic direction. Each member is responsible for overseeing critical areas such as work and health services, universal credit, labour market policy, corporate transformation, finance, disability and health, pensions, people and capability, and service excellence. They ensure cohesive policy implementation, drive organisational change, optimize operational efficiency, and lead efforts to enhance customer service for DWP’s 20 million clients.
