Elise Bianca Fernandez

Elise Bianca Fernandez, MPA, currently serves as a Planning Officer II at the Department of Agriculture in the Philippines. Previously, Elise held the position of Sector Head at the Vulnerable Sectors Office in the Commission on Elections from March to July 2023.
