Erek Culbreath

Erek Culbreath currently serves as the Director of the Office on Homelessness and the Director of Mass Care for the Florida Department of Children and Families since June 2023. Previously, Erek held multiple roles at the Florida Division of Emergency Management from October 2019 to June 2023, including Technological Hazards Deputy, where responsibilities included managing the Radiological Emergency Preparedness Unit and directing emergency response efforts. Erek also worked as an Information Systems Administration Analyst for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and served in various roles in education and administrative capacities. Erek holds multiple degrees from Florida State University, including a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs.
