James Bulger

James Bulger has extensive experience in child protection and program coordination, currently serving as a Child Protective Investigator at the Florida Department of Children and Families since August 2011. Prior roles include Program Coordinator at New Hope Charities Inc from September 2005 to August 2011, Youth Program Coordinator at the Community Housing Partnership of Palm Beach County from March 2003 to September 2005, and Program Coordinator at Planned Parenthood from September 2002 to March 2003. James Bulger also held the position of Executive Director at Koban Columbia from May 2000 to September 2002 and worked as a Program Coordinator for the State of Georgia FatherHood Program from June 1999 to August 2001. James Bulger served in the United States Army for two decades, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. Educational qualifications include a focus on Fine/Studio Arts at Florida A&M University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Phoenix.
