Jillian Carver

Jillian Carver is a legal professional currently serving as a CLS Attorney at the Florida Department of Children and Families since March 2024. Previously, Jillian worked as an Associate Attorney at Wicker Smith from September 2023 to March 2024 and gained valuable experience as a Certified Legal Intern at the UF Law Gender Justice Clinic and the Florida Department of Children and Families, where responsibilities included assisting with client name changes, attending mediations, and drafting legal petitions. Prior to these roles, Jillian completed internships and positions that involved legal document preparation and educational instruction, earning a Doctor of Law from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Central Florida.
