Yaaqoub Al Ali is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Advisor at the Department of Community Development since November 2021, Yaaqoub also holds positions as a sport arbitrator at the Emirates Sport Arbitration Center and as a member of the Committee of Players' Status and Transfer at the UAE Football Federation since November 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Manazel PJSC and as a Legal Advisor at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in the UAE. Yaaqoub holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from United Arab Emirates University, completed in 2011.
