David Allen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network administration and operations management. David currently serves as a volunteer PMI Military Liaison at Project Management Institute since April 2024 and holds dual roles at DoD Education Activity as Systems Administrator focused on DevOps Systems Management and Information Technology Specialist since September 2020. Previously, David worked as a Network Engineer at Corning Credit Union, managing a multistate corporate network. David's military experience includes various leadership roles in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities ranged from managing network operations for over 20,000 personnel to overseeing communication systems for sizable user populations. David holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

DoD Education Activity
DoDEA's schools serve the children of military service members and Department of Defense civilian employees throughout the world. DoDEA operates 192 schools in 14 districts located in 12 foreign countries, seven states, Guam, and Puerto Rico. All schools within DoDEA are fully accredited by U.S. accreditation agencies. Approximately 8,700 educators serve more than 84,000 DoDEA students.
