Roland Upshur

Roland Upshur is an experienced training specialist with a focus on maritime operations. Currently serving as a Boat Coxswain Instructor at DoD Education Activity, Roland has held the title of Small Craft Training Specialist for DoD CNRNW Port Operations US Navy since March 2012, contributing to the training and development of personnel within Navy Region Northwest.
