Hoor Alkhaja

Hoor Alkhaja has extensive experience in international operations within the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, holding various senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President [Acting] and Associate Vice President. Hoor has effectively managed the Asia Pacific region, developing market strategies and overseeing the performance of multiple overseas offices. Responsibilities include constructing yearly business plans, setting KPIs, and coordinating with various stakeholders to drive Dubai's visitation growth. Prior experience includes serving as a Council Member for the Emirates Youth Council and a Senior Research Analyst at the Prime Minister's Office, where Hoor contributed to strategy development for the UAE's social sector. Hoor holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Economics and Finance, from the American University of Sharjah.
