Karina Lance

Karina Lance is a seasoned professional in the field of business events, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Dubai Business Events at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism since March 2009. With a robust leadership role, Karina oversees a local team of over 15 members and coordinates a network of 12 offices internationally. Additional current positions include Executive Board Member at both the Dubai Association Centre and the BestCities Global Alliance, as well as a Steering Committee Member for SITE Arabia, focusing on the growth of incentive business events in the GCC and Middle East. Prior roles include key positions in sales and marketing at prestigious hotels and organizations, with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université de Provence.
