Robert Sherwin Betita

Robert Sherwin Betita has extensive experience in administration, technology, and leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Administrative Officer II at the Department of Education in the Philippines since June 2018, Robert has led procurement initiatives and implemented controls that significantly reduced audit observations. Previous roles in the Department include Administrative Assistant III, where improvements were made in communication and form processing. Robert's leadership extends to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as District President and technology specialist, conducting numerous training sessions and resolving technical issues. Prior to this, experience at Silangan Mindanao Mining Company included IT Applications Supervisor and programmer roles, where contributions were made to system transitions and automation of manual processes. Robert holds a BS in Information Technology, a BS in Nursing, and a BS in Architecture from Surigao Education Center and the University of the Philippines.
