Thedem Alarte

Thedem Alarte serves as an Education Program Specialist II at the Department of Education in the Philippines since May 2019, focusing on policy analysis, development, and evaluation of educational policies and programs. Previously, Thedem led the Research Management Unit within the Policy Research and Development Division, overseeing research agendas, analyzing findings, and providing policy recommendations. Additional roles include Technical Assistant II, Alumni Ambassador with Teach for the Philippines, and Senior High School Teacher at Capellan Institute of Technology, where skills in research management and educational instruction were further developed. Thedem has a Master in Education Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing a Master in Public Administration at Panpacific University North Philippines.
