Timothy Harney

Timothy Harney is a seasoned Intellectual Property attorney with a focus on patent application preparation and prosecution across various advanced technologies, including quantum computing, environmental monitoring, and nanotechnology. Currently serving as a Senior Patent Attorney at the U.S. Department of Energy since March 2016, Timothy has previously held roles as a Patent Attorney and Search Authorizing Official at Cardinal Intellectual Property and Cardinal Law Group from September 2006 to March 2016. Timothy holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Intellectual Property Law from DePaul University College of Law, an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree from Marquette University.
