Julie Russ

Julie Russ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within various environmental and consulting organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning since October 2021, Julie has held significant roles at the Environment Protection Authority Victoria from February 2015 to October 2021, overseeing initiatives such as the Officer for the Protection of the Local Environment pilot and managing key transitions relating to environmental protection legislation. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Julie has also contributed to diverse projects across sectors, including energy, legal, and financial management, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, alongside multiple management and training qualifications.
