Kylie Shanahan

Kylie Shanahan is an experienced professional in environmental policy and infrastructure development, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Land and Built Environment in the Grampians at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning since March 2015. With a strong background in policy integration and workforce development, Kylie has held various key roles, including Principal Policy Officer focused on private environmental investment and workforce capabilities. Previously, Kylie managed strategic priorities in biodiversity and ecosystem services and oversaw environmental approvals for major projects in Victoria. Kylie's academic credentials include a PhD in Plant Pathology from the University of Tasmania and a BSc (Hons) in Botany from the University of Melbourne.
