Pooja Shah

Pooja Shah is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Acting Group Finance Manager for the Corporate Services Group at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action since July 2022. Prior roles include positions as Finance Manager and Acting Manager of Financial Management and Engagement within the same department, as well as Senior Finance Business Partner at the Department of Education & Training, Victoria, from April to July 2022. Pooja's career began with various accounting and finance roles across different organizations, including the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, Department of Treasury and Finance, and several private companies, showcasing a strong progression from Assistant Accountant to senior finance roles. Pooja holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from CQUniversity and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
