Eman Talaat

Eman Talaat has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries including government, digital authority, retail, and technology. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Experience Design at the Department of Government Enablement and Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA), starting in 2022. Previously, they held the position of Regional UX Lead- Carrefour at Majid Al Futtaim from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Creative - UX/UI at Digital Dubai, demonstrating high-quality design practices and conceptualizing original ideas for complex design challenges. Before that, they served as a Senior UX/UI Designer at the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department from 2016 to 2018. Eman also worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at International Turnkey Systems - ITS-GBS from 2012 to 2016, where they conducted user and customer research and developed design solutions for banking applications. Eman started their career as a Digital Marketing Specialist at MS Printhouse from 2009 to 2012 and as a Senior Graphic Designer/Flash Animator at International Information Technologies from 2005 to 2007. Eman Talaat's early experience includes working as a Graphic Designer/Animator at Uni Comp from 2004 to 2005.

Eman Talaat has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University. Eman also holds a Diploma in User Experience from IBM. Eman has completed additional certifications in Gestalt Psychology and Web Design from The Interaction Design Foundation, and they are an Adobe Certified Design Specialist, an Adobe Certified Macromedia Flash MX Designer, and an IBM Certified Designer.
