Kathrine Cabigao

Kathrine Cabigao, MBA, Prosci®, currently serves as the Communications Manager at the Department of Government Enablement since November 2023. Previously, Kathrine held the position of Head of General and Business Communication at Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P) from November 2021 to September 2023, where efforts focused on creating impactful communications to enhance team unity and understanding of the organization's role in the oil and gas sector. Prior experience at ADNOC Group spanned from October 2013 to October 2021, where Kathrine served as a Corporate Communications Business Partner, Internal Communications Manager, and Senior Communications Specialist, achieving notable successes in media campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier roles include positions at Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies as Technical and HR Coordinator, and as an HR Associate at PeopleSupport (Philippines), Inc. Kathrine holds a Master of Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Assumption College - Makati.
