Mohamed Almadhaani

Mohamed AlMadhaani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mohamed currently holds the position of Director of Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance at the Department of Government Enablement. Prior to this, they served as the Advisor for Technology & Policies and then as the Director of Data Management at the same organization. Before joining the Department of Government Enablement, Mohamed worked as the Information Management Director in the IT Department of the Federal Demographic Council - UAE. Their responsibilities included being a subject matter expert in "Big Data/Data Science" and overseeing relationship management with senior business stakeholders. Mohamed also served as the Data and Order Manager at Etisalat, where they implemented an Automated Decision-making System and optimized data processes. Mohamed began their career at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as an Analyst/Senior Analyst in the IT Department, focusing on finance, business activity monitoring, and business intelligence.

Mohamed AlMadhaani completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UAE University, which they attended from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Saif Al Dawlah Secondary School from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Mohamed has also obtained certifications, including the Dataiku DSS Certification from Dataiku in 2017 and The High Performing BRM Designation from Barkley Consulting Group, which they will obtain in 2023.
