Noura Almuqahwi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple sectors. Noura is currently working as the Director - Operations and Follow-up Office at the Department of Government Support since August 2021. Prior to their current role, they held positions at the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council, including Head of Unit from January 2020 to August 2021, and Senior Analyst in consumer product safety from July 2011 to August 2021. Noura also has experience working at PwC Middle East as a Senior Associate - Secondee from August 2020 to February 2021, and at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority as a Graduate Trainee from June 2009 to January 2010.

Noura Almuqahwi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah between 2004 and 2008. In 2018 to 2020, they completed a Leadership Program at the Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG). Additionally, Noura Almuqahwi has plans to pursue a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute between 2023 and 2026.
