Shaima Alblooshi

Shaima Alblooshi currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Executive Experience at the Department of Government Enablement, following the merger with the Abu Dhabi School of Government in September 2023. Previously, Shaima held various roles at the Abu Dhabi School of Government from February 2019 to February 2024, including Leadership Programs Senior Analyst and Human Resources Senior Analyst. With a strong background in human resources management, Shaima also worked at ALROWAD IT Solutions from October 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included Director of Human Resources and managerial roles in procurement and human resources sections during company restructuring. An early career included an internship in human resources at the Prime Minister's Office - UAE in late 2010. Shaima holds an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration from Zayed University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Science focused on Human Resources Management from the same institution (2006-2011).
