Dorian Broomhall

Dorian Broomhall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as the Acting Director of Culture, Talent and Business Partnering and Manager of Culture & Wellbeing at the Department of Health, Tasmania since September 2022. Dorian has held notable roles in the Royal Australian Navy as a musician, audio technician, and PR coordinator since March 2008. Prior to current roles, Dorian was the Chief Operating Officer for Frontline Mind (2018-2022) and Education Relationship Manager at Modern Musician (2018-2019). Additional experience includes sales management positions at Holgate Brewhouse and van Laack Australia Holding, as well as teaching trumpet at Salesian College Chadstone. Dorian holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Canberra, a Bachelor of Music Performance from the University of Melbourne, and several graduate certificates in business management and evaluation.
