Ben Skinner

Ben Skinner has extensive work experience in the field of audit and risk management. Ben is currently serving as the Chief Audit and Risk Officer at the Victorian Department of Health since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PwC for 17 years, starting as a Director in September 2005 and continuing in that role until their current position. Before joining PwC, Ben worked at KPMG UK as a Manager from August 1998 to September 2005.

Ben Skinner has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained between 1994 and 1997. Ben also has a FCPFA degree in Public Finance from CIPFA, which they earned between 1998 and 2002. In 2020, they completed a Graduate program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a certification in Risk Management in the Public Sector from RMIT University, with an expected completion date in 2023.
