Clare Winter-Irving

Clare Winter-Irving is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as a Senior Media Adviser at the Victorian Department of Health since May 2023. As the Founder of Fawn & Holly since June 2019, Clare has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a solid background in health communication. Previous roles include Senior Communications Coordinator at Northern Health, Non-Executive Board Director at HESSE RURAL HEALTH, and Media and Communications Advisor at Barwon Health. Clare's foundational experience also features positions at Goulburn Valley Health and General Mills, where expertise in media relations and social media engagement was developed. Academically, Clare holds a Bachelor of Strategic Communication from La Trobe University and has participated in international programs at Università degli Studi di Udine and Central University of Finance and Economics.
