James Keck

James Keck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Incident, Change, Problem, and DR Coordination at the Victorian Department of Health since September 2018, James leads significant IT transformation projects, focusing on implementing MS Teams Enterprise Voice and Genesys Cloud while optimizing telecommunications management. Prior roles include Senior Project Officer and Sales Director at Dog and Bone Consulting, where responsibilities encompassed business management, organizational strategy development, and human resources oversight. James also has experience as a Telecommunications Service Delivery Manager, managing a helpdesk team and overseeing ICT project management and procurement.
