In 2003, they pursued postgraduate studies in Digital Communications at Sydney. Currently, they are on hold for their Master's Degree in Digital Leadership at Sydney, which they started in 2014. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Digital Product Management from General Assembly, Certified Change Management Specialist (CMS) from the Management & Strategy Institute, AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner from APMG International, and a Continuous Improvement Professional Award from the Management & Strategy Institute.
