Kathryn Kemp

Kathryn Kemp is a seasoned professional in contract administration and project management with significant experience in the health and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Principal Contract Administrator for operational health Public Private Partnerships at the Victorian Department of Health since June 2016, Kathryn administers multiple PPPs with a total contract value of $3.2 billion. Prior roles include Principal Advisor to the CEO at the Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority, State Facilities Project Manager at Sport and Recreation Victoria, and various engineering positions at Leighton Contractors, covering site and project management for significant infrastructure projects. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from RMIT University.
