Kym Arthur currently serves as the Director of Diversity Engagement and Strategy at Family Safety Victoria, focusing on policy oversight related to the Royal Commission into Family Violence recommendations for diverse communities. Responsibilities include fostering partnerships across government and community sectors to enhance responsiveness to various groups, including Aboriginal communities, LGBTI communities, and victim survivors. Additional roles include Executive Director of Women’s Health at the Victorian Department of Health, Director of Co-design, Consultation, and Communications at the Department of Premier and Cabinet, and a Lecturer at RMIT University, where Kym teaches about the role of storytelling in leadership.
