Larissa Taylor

Larissa Taylor is an experienced professional in mental health and organizational leadership, currently serving as Manager of Service System Design at the Victorian Department of Health since April 2023 and as a Board Member at Kensington Community Children’s Co-Operative since June 2024. Prior to these roles, Larissa held various senior positions at Mental Health Victoria, including Deputy CEO and Acting Chief Executive Officer, where responsibilities included managing projects, advocacy, and communications within community mental health services. Additional experience includes leadership roles at VCPS, Scope Victoria, and Novita Children's Services, focusing on clinical psychology and team management, as well as international work with Handicap International. Larissa holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of South Australia, a Diploma of Project Management from Swinburne University, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
