Mark Toohey

Mark Toohey currently serves as the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance and V/Line, and as the Deputy Chair for both the Port of Hastings Corporation and the Victorian Department of Health. Additionally, Mark has held the position of Director at State Trustees since December 2015, where responsibilities include Chair of the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee and membership in the Investment Committee. Mark has been a Councillor at Victoria University since 2013, leading the Finance and Investment Committee, and has extensive experience as a Director at MJ2E Consulting Services.
