Scott Hodges

Scott Hodges has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Scott is currently working at the Victorian Department of Health as an Acting Managing Principal Solicitor. Prior to this, they held various roles at the same department, including Acting Principal Solicitor and Senior Solicitor in the Health and Property and Assets teams. Before joining the Victorian Department of Health, Scott worked at the Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel Victoria as a Verification and Consolidations Officer. Scott also gained experience in the legal office of St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, where they worked as a Trainee Lawyer, Law Clerk, and Contracts and Finance Administrator. Additionally, they held a role as an Assistant Warden at Brunswick St College. Throughout their career, Scott has dealt with a range of legal matters, including medico-legal claims, public liability claims, coroner's inquests, estates administration, hospital policies, statutory compliance, commercial agreements, and more.

Scott Hodges earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) / Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Melbourne, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. Scott also completed a one-semester exchange program in Bachelor of Arts at The George Washington University in 2011.
