Stacey Epperson

Stacey Epperson is a seasoned leader in the housing and community development sector, currently serving as an Advisory Council Member to the Board of Directors at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and as an advisor to the U.S. Department of HUD Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee since 2019. In addition, Stacey is the President & CEO of Next Step Network, an organization focused on sustainable homeownership and transforming the manufactured housing industry. Previous leadership roles include President & CEO of Frontier Housing and Board Member positions at Kentucky Housing Corporation and the Federation of Appalachian Housing Enterprises, Inc. Stacey holds a Master’s in Public Administration & Regional Planning from Western Kentucky University and a Certificate in Executive Education from Harvard University, reflecting a commitment to education and excellence in community development.
