Leo Cipriano Jr. Urbiztondo is an experienced professional in the field of information and communications technology in the Philippines. Currently serving as OIC-Director IV at the Government Digital Transformation Bureau of the Department of Information and Communications Technology since August 2020, Leo previously held the position of Regional Director from April 2019 to August 2020 and has extensive experience as an Information Technology Officer and Provincial Field Team Lead from March 2016 to August 2020. Prior to these roles, Leo contributed to the Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte as CMT III from August 2006 to February 2016, focusing on hardware troubleshooting, network design, and maintenance. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Mindanao University of Science and Technology and the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, both completed in 1995.
