Phumzile Mazibuko is currently serving as Chief Director at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation since January 2022. Prior to this, Phumzile was the Chief of Staff at the same department. With previous experience as the Consul General at the South African Consulate General, Phumzile brings a wealth of knowledge in international relations. Phumzile holds a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Johannesburg.
