Constance Marlatt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Canadian law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Justice Canada since March 2003, Constance previously held the position of Legal Counsel at the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines from March 2013 to March 2015 through an interchange program. Prior to that, Constance was a Partner at Gowlings from 1996 after starting as an associate in 1990, providing legal services to First Nations, Indigenous organizations, municipalities, resource companies, and financial institutions. Constance holds an LLB from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and a Joint Honors BA in History and Political Science from McGill University.
