Dugald Topshee

Dugald Topshee has a wealth of experience in the field of information technology. Dugald started their career as an Information Architect at Nortel Networks in 1999. From 2001 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Consultant in a self-employed capacity. In 2009, they joined the Department of Justice Canada as the Chief Information Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Director General Enterprise Solutions Directorate at Transport Canada.

Dugald Topshee earned their Master of Arts (MA) in Philosophy from Carleton University from 1996 to 1998.
