François Joyal

François Joyal worked as a Lawyer at O'Reilly & Associés from March 1993 to July 1999. François then joined the Ministry of Justice of Canada in August 1999 as a Lawyer, eventually moving up to Senior Counsel in December 2006. In this role, they provided legal and strategic advice in high-profile cases and managed complex legal projects until their promotion to General Counsel in April 2018. François currently serves as the Principal General Counsel at the Ministry of Justice of Canada, a position they have held since August 2023.
