Jennifer J. Smith

Jennifer J. Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and legal counsel. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice Canada since April 2021, Jennifer J. Smith previously held the position of Legal Counsel. Prior to this, a significant tenure at the Canada Revenue Agency included the role of Manager, Income Tax Appeals from November 2014 to July 2023. Jennifer J.
