Helen Walters

Helen Walters is an experienced professional in information management and records keeping, currently serving as Manager of Operational Information at the Department of Justice since June 2015. Prior to this role, Helen held the position of Acting Manager of Corporate Records at the Department of Corrective Services from March 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included supervising staff, providing guidance and training, and promoting effective recordkeeping practices. Earlier experience at Curtin University as an Information Systems Trainer involved developing and delivering training programs for staff across various formats. Helen holds a Master's degree in Information Management with a focus on Records Management from Curtin University and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Information Science from Edith Cowan University, alongside additional qualifications in education and the humanities.
