Holly Richards

Holly Richards is a seasoned professional in community corrections with extensive experience working for the Department of Justice since 2016. Currently serving as a Senior Community Corrections Officer - Prosecutions, Holly prepares and prosecutes breaches of community supervision orders and provides evidence-based information to Magistrates. Prior roles include Community Corrections Officer, where offender case management and report preparation for Courts and the Parole Board were key responsibilities. Holly has also contributed as a Case Worker with Wungening Aboriginal Corporation and Centrecare, focusing on family support and positive intervention techniques. Earlier experience includes a role as an Assistant Community Corrections Officer and various customer service positions, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from Edith Cowan University.
