Erin Veerhuis is currently managing stakeholder communications at South Metropolitan Health Service since July 2023. Prior to this role, Erin worked as a Senior Communications Officer at the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, where Erin led communications and media strategy for the sport and recreation portfolio. Erin's diverse experience also includes roles as Communications Manager at Ombudsman WA, Communications Coordinator at WorkCover WA, Communications Consultant at Western Power, and Public Affairs Officer at the Department of Corrective Services. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, Public Relations, and Journalism from Curtin University.
